JK subs

I have officially joined JK subs. A fansub group which has their mission to complete the uncompleted shows/dramas.

I'm an encoder now in JK subs.
But so far I'm having trouble converting rmvb to avi. Does anyone know how I can convert it properly, with the right audio matching the video?

Anyways, the team is still looking for more TRANSLATORS for japanese, korean, taiwanese dramas/shows.
